Children under 4 years of age are admitted free of charge on all regular, discount and group tours, however they will not be included in the group total required to qualify for group rates. Groups consisting largely of children under 4 (Day Care Groups, Nursery Schools, etc.) will be charged the regular Child's Group or Discount Rate.
Complimentary tickets are offered to group leaders, bus drivers and escorts, not to exceed one complimentary ticket per 20 paid admissions. (Comp policy varies for school field trips.) Teachers and tour coordinators interested in bringing their groups to Lincoln Caverns are welcome to visit in advance as our guests. Please call prior to your visit.
A host will board your bus (if applicable) upon arrival for a brief orientation and to distribute tickets to group members. Group leader should purchase all tickets for group upon arrival. Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover will be accepted as payment. Groups will be billed only if arrangements are made in advance.
Count Confirmations/Changes will be accepted up to 10 days prior to your visit. Payment for a maximum variance of up to 5 (< 76 paid admissions) or 10 (> 75 paid admissions) will be accepted on the day of your visit. CANCELLATIONS will be accepted up until 10 days prior to your scheduled visit. All cancellations after 10 days and no-shows will be billed at confirmed rate for the number of persons scheduled and prepared for.
